Hello, I have been searching & searching the internet for a basic recipe for Chocolate Hedgehog. I want the normal recipe not the one with currants & walnuts & all that other wierd stuff!
I cannot believe how hard it is to find

Anyone know a good site or know a recipe??

Cheers

the chocolate noodle ball things? pretty sure they are spiders...

mmm...spiders!! nah the chocolate headgehog slice thingy.
but now that i think about it i might make spiders too!!

I would guess that you just make chocolate ganache (heat cream, pour over equal amt of broken up chocolate and stir until smooth) then pour into a tin lined with paper and filled with sweet biscuits (Nice, savoiardi etc) Leave at least overnight in the fridge.

The biscuits are broken into it usually and I don't think a ganache would set properly.
