i feed mine quite wet he doesnt have diareha [sp] but he does have a lot of water with his poo

dude mines been fine, i dont see how a bit of water is gonna cause diarrhea.

10 mins in hot tap water and dry them off a little with paper towel, none of ours have had diarrhea, I would think you have more chance giving them diarrhea letting it defrost siting out of the fridge all day
