I think it is suffering from "blurry head disease". Like "pinhead" syndrome it can be relatively common. Unlike "pinhead"syndrome, there are lots of photgraphic evidence of it.

No worries Captain., nice animal.

I keep a bunch of Jungles, 1 is banded like a "tiger" or a BHP like yours, all of the others are "skunk" striped(head to tail).

this is what a mate of mine is trying to breed again this year pattern wise and temprement this lil one has never bitten even hasn't stricked, 2008 cape york coastal hatchy.


also I think that lil one of yours will turn out to be a fantastic looking animal after a few sheds, too bad for the blury head though.
