They look pretty tasty, perhaps they didnt want to share with the women and children? If you think that sort of stuff is funny, check out what they say you shouldnt eat in the bible.

"The green tree snake is closely associated with the brown tree snake. Neither is venemous. (love the way they spelt venomous)This snake is not eaten: "Can't eat him, Meat smells really bad, really strong, make you sick. Smell stays in your mouth. Too smelly, don't eat him."
Well according to this green tree snakes are off the menu ..obviously this is a dish totally served to your mother in-law :)
It is venomous but is generally not dangerous to humans. (yet on the page with the brown tree it says its venomous)doesnt say wether you can eat the BTS though ...
 
yummy, might eat a frilly and a carpet snake for lunch/dinner tonight(sp?)
