Welcome and I think you have been adopted by the wildlife, it must be awesome to have resident reptiles stealing your living space! ^_^

WOW!! i love it when you can live with nature. . . i have a resident frilly never thought to take photos though . . welcome and enjoy the many wonderful aspects of our lovely web site

Thanx 4 your interest

I was amazed at how many people responded. I thought most would just breeze in and out with the thought - been there, done that...
Most of the wildlife here know that I am here for THEM and THEY own me.
I do have photos of a few snakes, spiders etc that I have had here but they haven't taken up residence where I see them often but I do see the snake's skins everywhere when they shed them. In other words - I believe in the old saying of live and let live - they are out there somewhere and I see them from time to time.
I have raised a couple of crows, a magpie, a frogmouth, a couple of rainbow lorikeet and black-faced cuckoo-shrike back when it was okay to do so without a licence. Of course all were set free when the were able to look after themselves. I will find photos of some of them and post later. I will also post a couple of photos of the wild birds that come here to feed too.
Both our dogs we adopted from the RSPCA. Monty is a cross border collie and he is about 14 years and Jessie is supposed to be a cross ridgeback and she is about 7 years. Also found photos of a bearded dragon 'visiting' while I was looking for the dog photos.
I hope you enjoy these new photos...

visiting Bearded Dragon

These photos were actually taken over two days - 6th & 7th March 2009

Good thing I only wanted photos of him as he didn't take off either days - when he was ready he just toddled off towards the dam. :)

Awesome pictures. You've made me want to move out of town, where the wild things are!

Lucky duck.

I call the two together 'the twins' as they are always together

I haven't seen Lizzie (mum) for a while
