dont worry mate i think everyone goes through some stage of injurying themselves! i broke my arm last year and had to have 3 months off work due to it not healing properly then having to have a plate inserted! I took this time to try tame a extremly snappy snake, but my time also consisted of many hours of porn view, computer games and mid day movies! there is much you can really do! i also built a cabnet and other stuff when i got abit better use of my arm!
