You're not going to get an answer with that pic. Yes it's antaresia of some sort.... probably a childreni based on that. BUT there will be no 100% answer until you get a good quality picture, out in the sun if possible.

Its not a geat pic Looking at the head shape I would say its not a pygmy python.
