Been keeping an eye on this guy and he is colouring up well for 3 weeks old :D
Cant wait to see whats to come.

its always exciting when young Bd's start gaining colour. its much more fun having them build colour then show it from birth. You can see the orange pigment coming out around the occelate markings and lateral spines. hopefully the dark sidebars will turn into solid colour.

The dark side patches will turm move and the lighter area red or orange going by my others.
It is exciting lol

If a Red phase BD is still mainly grey at 8 months will it still have good colors eventually

Beardies generally show their full potential by 12 months,good lines are red as by 4 months.
