Hi, i was wondering if anybody would be so kind as to I.D. this little dragon for me. It was photographed by my wife Rett82 about 5 years ago in the Victorian alps. (mt buffalo to be exact).
It was photographed at an altitude of around 900metres above sea level on a north facing rock face.
Its not the best quality photo, but its all i have sorry.
Is it a mountain dragon?

yes mountain dragon for sure nice dragons

To explain why it's a mountain dragon rather than a jacky dragon, look at the big nasty spines on the side of the tailbase. It's an easy way to separate the two.

Thanks for the great feedback everyone, very much appreciated. And thanks Nephrurus for explaining how to tell the difference between a jacky and a mountain dragon.
