Baby Bearded Dragon help needed

Hi, I was wondering if baby bearded dragons can be born with a placenta. I have one that has just hatched and there is a red attachment to it by a small thread whch looks ? bowels ?placenta? It appears active and still in the incubator but I'm not sure what this attchment is. I have never seen it on previous babies but then I have only had 3 before. Can someone help. Sorry I have no photos annd I don't think it wuld stay still long enough to be able to do so.
