Water dragon or Jackie/knobby Dragon ID, please

This fellow is around 4 inches long to his back legs, then his tail is around7 in ches long.Havent had him long, and not sure if he is a water dragon or not.A few people have commented he doesnt look the right colour.I think they can change colour though.Can anyone confirm this please.Thanks.

yer?-he/she is supposed to be around 12 months old.can you tell me what matydetermine sex? And does anyone know if they shed ina normal 'dragon' way, ?My other beardies, just kinda sloth, peice by peice.Thanks for your help.

EWD-Female. You can tell once they are older by the Red on their chest, males have lots of red, females dont have as much/if any at all.
