NSW licencing

I was given the number 02 95856406 as the nuber for nsw licencing for wildlife. They dont answer the phone after 12 oclock. Does that seem about right?
I'm looking at moving to NSW for work and I'm dreading organising moving all my snakes. Hopefully it wont be as difficult to organise as I'm thinking.
Does anyone know if parks will give you a permit for a higher class of animals than the basic, if you have already been keeping these animals for a number of years in another state?
