how difficult is it to be rid of mould in an old fridge.

i picked up my "incubator base" today, an old bar fridge, it looks relitivly clean, i have it a quick wash over with some basic cleaning (URS cage cleaner) stuff and a damp cloth
the insides not too bad, but there was a fair bit of gunk on the seel (inside and out)
i know this can be a problem area as i have cleaned on other fridge before this one, and it keep moulding (it was in far worce condition than this one and a whole diffrent kettle of fish all together),

again this ones not too bad, im gunna go back and give it a scrub down with F10 anyways (dont have any atm) but just woundering what the likely hood of a mould invastion is,

the fridge its self is in good working order, any advice or ideas?
this is my first fridgabator (fridge incubator) and not %100 sure what to expect from it.

and ideas or advice would be helpfull and greatly apreciated.
and yes i know my spelling/gramour sucks

what like just hose it out?
or can i get away with just whipeing it down with a cloth?
sorry for the 20 questions

+1 for exit mould...
