SA permit question

hi,
i have a question about the SA permit system. In SA its viable to have 1 species of reptile on the basic list without a permit, well how do you register an animal that is the only one species on the basic list the owner has and they do not have a permit? never figured this out. sorry if there is an ovious answer i just thought about it alot.

hey mate, yes that true, when you get your permit number and your book you write down where you brought it, the date bluh bluh

Just to clarify, it's now one species, but one animal off the basic list only, if you have two of the same species you need as permit

One animal from the basic schedule - thats it...not one species.
