Hi I have a 2.5 year old bredli, who has been making a wheezing noise for some months. She has had Four courses of antibiotics including three course of fortum. She is feeding well and gaining weight. We have had a blood test that shows her red and white cells are fine. With no change in her condition, could it be possible that these sound are normal for her. My vet said the fortum should clear her up, four months later no change. What's my next step?

what is the average temperature in your enclosure?

I would keep the temps above 28 if your snake is recovering from RI.

How long should it take for her to clear up. Four months seems a long time with no change.

You need to tell your vet that your temps have been too low for a speedy recovery.
