what is the best beginner lizard

other than geckoes i dont like them that much

Beardie, or Pygmy Bearded for sure. Depending on how much room you have for a decent tank, Pygmies are better if you dont have much room.

Y would u say Pygmy beardies he probly isn't old enough to have an advanced license if he lives in Vic on iPod so it only shows ur name

Pretty much anything you like, as long as you can maintain the animal safely, provide all of its needs and it's acquired legally. Some of the ones most likely to be suggested are:

Skinks: Blue tongues
Dragons: Bearded dragons
Monitors: Ridge-tailed monitors / pygmy mulga monitors
Geckos: Thick-tailed geckos

The first two (blue tongues, beardies) are the only ones in that list that really tolerate regular handling that well, if that's important to you. If handling isn't a priority for you, you might find the monitors to be more interesting.

Netteds for sure, 3-4 foot is ideal for them.
They are an active lizard so you actually get to watch them doing their thing unlike beardies and blueys that just sit around most of the day unless its meal time

if you are in wa then bluey or bobtail wa beardies are alot smaller no where near as cool as centrals:oops: and plus you can get a bluey and a bobtail:lol: because they like each other alot:lol:
