Hi all,
just wondering what i can expect from my carpets (yearlings) in terms of their growth over the years. I know that individual snakes grow differently, but was wondering if their is a general pattern they follow.
Assuming that i feed them the right size mice/rats proportionate to their size:
Do they just gradually keep growing at a relatively constant rate?
Do they hit a "puberty" state and have growth spurts?
Or do they grow long ways (primary growth) and then widen up (secondary growth)?

Thanks, Ben

As a hatchy all the growth will be in length and it'll happen fast.
As it gets bigger the growth will slow down and eventually it'll start to become a thicker snake whilst still growing in length.
