Basking & Light Question

Alright in 2 weeks im getting 2 central bearded dragons and im getting my basking and uvb light in a couple days.

i was looking into getting a Exo terra 10.0 uvb compact light. and a 100 Watt Basking Light, but my friend who already has a central said all i need is a 5.0 uvb light and a 60 watt basking light is this right ?
or should i go with what i was planning for at first ?

All depends, What size enclosure?

the enclosure is 3 ft by 1.5 by 1.5

anyone have any input ?
