I found 2 young mice in the bird seed container.
Can i feed them to my Spotted Python or are there too many health risks?

If your unsure don't risk it. There is too many if's and but's so I wouldn't risk it. Thats just my opinion though.

No, don't. Apart from disease and parasites, can you be 100% sure that the mice haven't been into poison?
 
cool thanks for the info. wasn't quite sure but wanted to check. i will dispose of them in another way.
 
Just a question: wouldn't a snake be used to eating wild mice, when they live in the wild, and have some type of immunity to any parasites etc that wild mice carry?
 
id like to know what parasites could be passed on from a mice to a reptile ?
how young are the mice > above weaner stage ?

I think snakes in the wild do have stronger immune systems, but I also think a lot of them do suffer from internal and external parasites, and If other animals don't kill snakes, the parasites or disease will eventually.
