My bredli was showing signs of shed including some flake bits where he rubbed it for about 2 weeks now. When I checked on him last night he had cleared right up and the flakey skin is also gone and no sign of any skin in his tank. Just wondering if he could of ate it? If not where would it have gone?

Cheers Damian

Surprisingly, he may not have shed yet, and could do so in the next few days.

Yes, will probably shed shortly.
Never ever heard of a snake eating it's shed.

I've had snakes eat their sloughs before. It's unusual, but it has happened. The first time was a Keelback, about eight years ago. The most recent two were Death Adders, one juvenile and one adult.

My snake shed yesterday about 3 days after he cleared up, that was my 1st experience of a shed..it was interesting
