i see the pics now and im no BHP expert but that surely does look like it to me Very nice BHP

WA variety have that colouration.

Check out Pilbara pythons website

Axanthic bhp's have a crisp white base colour, so no it's not but nice contrasting colour all the same. There is a huge variety of bhp's out there and it is only growing in popularity.

i would say no, axanthics are black and white, almost look silver, well the one i have seen. In those pictures you can see, brown and red

I saw this BHP for sale as well, the seller didn't know what axanthic was.

I am asking for an opinion!
Is that a "lol" sort of question?

no i think hes laughing at the fact that a majority of the people who will give opinions (probably the most adamant of those individuals as well) are not what he would consider "professional". its not personal stab at you, more a laugh at the general culture of internet forums.

Beautiful BHP by the way.

Doesn't look axanthic to me. Was it sold to you as axanthic?

Axanthic does not mean "black and white". Axanthic is the lack of yellow pigment as mentioned above. That being said.....this is a great looking BHP that i would be happy to own.
regards,
T
