My daughter suggested that we girls should give ourselves a new royal name today.

First you take the name of one of your grandmothers, then for a surname you put the name of your first pet and hyphonate it with the name of the street you grew up in.

In my daughters case, she's calling herself..... Lady Phyllis Henry-Doradeen.

I'm going to be.... HRH Princess Ethel Penelope-Redfern.

A nice bit of fun don't you think. :lol:

I've been using a ridiculous royal sounding accent answering the phone today :D It's catching the architects off-guard as I'm now sounding more upmarket than they usually do :D I've been waiting for job offers! :)

Wonderful Moosenoose, LOL....I've been using a very posh Pommie accent around the house for a few days too. LOL. But hubby is a pom anyway....though he's not a royalist...and neither are his rellies in England. LOL I just like to have a bit of innocent fun. I guess while I'm at it I could give my dog a knighthood and call him, Sir Roger and my stimmie could be.... Count Barrie, and I mustn't forget hubby....HRH Prince Brian. :)

Ahhh yes, now you're getting the idea.....LOL...wonderful, see even the blokes can get in on the fun. LOL

guess i better go with my pom grandmother (all my grandparents are dead)

HRH princess gladys garp-bridge :shock::?

lovey I wont blow my cover on here

But my first name is Elizabeth and I already have a double barrelled very english sounding surname....so the game is no fun for me lol

Lady Morganna Nightshade Von Fyreweed

Formally known as Crystal Moon LOL

Madame Edna Shadow-Wanstead. I'd say lady, but my husband would have to explain his sudden burst of laughter for no apparent reason and I just don't want to put him through that discomfort right now. Maybe later ;)

Ha ha ha ha ha too funny, hmmmm we are pretending arent we? otherwise I could get denounced(sounds painful)

Lady Cornelia Tessa-Silkwood

... The surname sounds more porn star than royal if you ask me
