[Trouble]

Hey guys n girls

In the past couple of months I have been attending a couple of photography workshops to help improve, well, my photography.

so, I thought I'd start a thread & show you all what I have learnt.

Penny from Penny Koukoulas Photography was great at helping with night photography shots! I couldn't ask for a better lady with good knowledge to pass on.

and Luke from Remember Forever Photography is a great guy to learn Travel & Landscape Photography from I had a great afternoon walking around Brisbane learning how to take better photos. Luke was good in teaching as well, he made you think for yourself & had more practical work than theory.

anyways, here's some photos from both workshops! all these photos were taken on a Canon 1000D I hope you enjoy any feedback is welcome!

Jazzz - thanks. I do too! I just feel like showing it to tourists that are interested in going on it, and showing them how 'quickly it travels' "The wheel of death!" :lol::twisted:
Sandee - thank you! the first one looks like the 'pits of hell' for some reason (well, in my mind anyways lol) and I love the sparks in the 2nd one ... just so happy they came out that good without a tripod!

Sounds like a plan! Once my family & I get back home from Cairns in a couple of weeks time, we shall book a day!

great effort, some very nice shots there! you should def be happy with them!

if i may offer some advice, be wary of what else is in frame. the light trails pics, the edge of the bridge(?) that you are standing on, at the bottom of the pic takes away abit from the whole photo.

Your night shots are amazing. Can't wait to go shooting with you. I reckon by next storm season you'll be killing this stuff, and getting the best storm shots around

thank you guys I bought a new laptop today (well, mum bought me a new laptop :lol: ... I love her to death!) so I shall be going out & taking more photos soon, because now I have more room to store them all & a quicker processor to help edit them if they need it
I can't wait to head up to Cairns in two weeks to get some nice shots up there !! Anyone have any good suggestions for spots between Brisbane & Cairns for photos?
