hypermelanistic shingle back

Well I know theres plenty of pure black shingles not sure if theyre classed as hypermelanistic.

i have a possible hypermelanistic, but not 100% sure as of yet as alot of shinglebacks are jet black

the reason I am asking is the hypermelanistic darwin was black on top and white on the bottom,
