The other night we had a storm. Looking under the house there was a rather sorry looking Night Tiger. I left it til the morning. Then it had moved about a metre away and was being attacked by ants. It was too far gone to make any sort of response to the ants.

About the only conclusion is that it must have been run over by a car on the road about 100 metres away. It made its way to my place and was probably caught out by the storm and ended up in cold water. There was an area of skin damage along the body.

Organising to get it sent in to the Darwin Museum, they take an interest in these things.
