Are Leucistic Ball Pythons legal in NSW Australia?

I'm looking at purchasing a Leucistic Ball Python but am not sure what snakes are legal/illegal in NSW Australia.

Is there a site listing them all somewhere?

If you're talking about "here" as in Oz, then you are allowed to keep vens on higher tier licences...
