who is your favorite aussie heavy metal band ?

Not that into the Aussie Metal bands but i'd probably pick something like Parkway Drive or Naetu

Everyone should check out Northlane if your into metal... Hit number 1 on itunes metal chart abd are up there on triple J unearthed. They are opening for parkway on thier upcoming aussir tour... (they are a young metal band from aus... If parkway likes them and you like parkway thennn segway is complete)

seen mortal sin when i lived in Newtown(sydney), i would say 'Damaged' from Richmond(melbourne) i lived with these guys for a while, they used to practice in the lounge room some times while we sat on the veranda drinking.. lol.. but i like grindcore more than metal..

Not really my scene but not a bad group
Think theve gone now

But ACDC would have to have had the greatest influence on Aussie metal
even if they are not strictly metal

dungeon was another broken hill band.....well they grew up in broken hill anyways. one of the guys is in the vid i posted at the top of the page
