sulcata and aldabara tortoises for sale in adelaide ?

Hi all, today I was looking at the pet section on gumtree and saw that someone was selling some tortoises (sulcata and aldabara). My question is are these available in Australia or is it a scam. I have never come across tortoises for sale ever in my 34 years of life.
The contact for the seller is via email, this makes me suspicious. If anyone knows about tortoises and their availability in Australia I would love to hear from you.

There seems to be so many scams on so many 4 sale web sites. Petlink has consent scams of people selling blue and gold macaws, African grays and so on for $500. Thanks for your input Jas101, I'll keep nagging the wife about a albino carpet, and forget about the tortoises.
