Have you used these enclosures with sliding doors with geckos before - I've found sliding doors to be quite unreliable for keeping them secure.

I use them for arboreal geckos and pygopodids (URS and reptile-one) and whilst I've heard many a story about geckos escaping through the thin gap between the doors, I only use them when the thin plastic guards are attached to the inner door, blocking the intermediate space between them, inhibiting escape.
