That's not a shark it's a catfish of some type
you can tell by the fins on the fish
 
Thats an awesome picture.

Some species are actually able to ingest food in or under water wokka :) however the only known one that i can find is the Anaconda :p
 
Interesting pic! I dont like his chances of getting passed thoughs pectoral and dorsal fins.... what a brave little snake!
 
Its a file snake and that is a giant salmon catfish and they sometimes kill snakes due to the spines on the pectoral fins.
 
It is defiantly a diamondback water snake , so it cant be a salmon catfish either oops. but in one of my books there is a dead file snake with a catfish lodged in its gullet .
