Compact UVB Bulbs

hey guys soon I will be making an enclosure and I want to know whether the compact uvb bulbs last as long as the tubes

Personally i replace mine once every 9 - 10 months, I've never had one stop working in that time, its just so i can keep the UV right.

Couldn't agree more. I buy Exo-Terra's screw in floresents and they work great for plant ggrowth. I have also used them for around 4 years on my iguana with no problems.
