Hey guys, i just have a quick question regarding my bearded dragons digging themselves under and completely submerging themselves in the substrate. Is this safe for them to do? or is there something wrong? My substrate at the moment is coir peat from bunnings, i feed them outside the enclosure and they both seem happy. Both eating well, shedding well.

I have sand in mine and often come home with one burying itself or covered in sand looking at me like they have done something wrong.
If they are eating and shedding fine, then I wouldnt be worried. GL

Cool thanks green :) i was just worried in case i was doing something wrong or they cant breathe lol.

Just keep an eye on their nostrils.
My beardie used to get booger build up around his from the dust.
