get some from shops then water them daily and they should grow to a substancial size in 50 years. This will cost you $10 for a few seeds otherwise it could cost you a fortune for a giant!...lol

Anything upwards of $900. Usually 1000-1500 but depends on locality, pattern, colour, age... The price can go to the tens of thousands.

but they are absolutely worth saving for.
And alot of breeders are happy to do payment plans.
