Tweezers and a steady hand. How did it get it? Does it live outside? It's pretty unusual for an animal that's inside in an enclosure to get them

general consensus seems to be use tweezers to pull it out. Grab as close to the skin as possible and pull with small twisting motion. Never done it myself though.

My snake escaped outside of it's enclosure. We found it in the shed. I just saw a little tick. Can i use beta-dine to remove them ?

mate you could wash your snake in whatever you like and it will not remove the tick!!!!!! it has to be removed manually, read the link given
