ID new visitor

Had a visitor at the end of my street and he went into a neighbors yard , thought I would let him know so he didn't hurt him he came out had a look and said he's much smaller then the one that normally comes around
is it a scrub python sorry for the bad photos

That's a normal Carpet Python, very common in Noosa. You won't start getting Scrub Pythons until around Proserpine.
