uv light cage

Got home and found my rosenberg on his uv light, should i fit a cage or will it be alright? He stayed there for about 10 mins until i opened the enclosure.

No sorry, ive only got a phone camera, this is probaly the best i got.

Just one question... how much more would that monitor cost compared to a light cage?
Okay two questions... Is it worth risking injury or worse for the price of said lizard?
