can someone please explain to me why one of my dragons is alot more mature than the other even though they're from the same clutch??

One I know is a male (the one on the log) he has a black beard and is 5 cm longer than my other.

Two still hasn't reached sexual maturity and I still cannot tell whether it is a boy or girl... to top it off, it has two round sacks (one on each side of its chin) and I have never seen that before.

Does that make it a female or is there by any chance something wrong??

Both dragons are 8 months old and only 22 - 27cm long.

Id take the one with the droopy beard to a vet. My friend had a similar problem with one of her Beardys and it turned out to be sick. Yours may be fine but it does look similar and its always better to be safe than sorry.

animal805 has the right idea, separate them for optimal life, also don't rely on blackbeard for sexing them as females can blackbeard as well
