Not a problem, you can breathe easy, just try to make sure the food items are appropriately sized for the gecko in question

No problem, geckos love woodies

Geckos do infact have teeth. They possess a rigid jaw coupled with a single line of small, sharp, homodont teeth. Most won't be visible to the naked eye but they are there. In large species, such as Nephrurus amyae, Cyrtodactylus, Pseudothecadactylus etc, they are visible.
