I know keelbacks may not be interesting to a lot of people but I thought these two were worth posting.

Found within 3 metres of each other, along with maybe another 10 in a 7 metre x 4 metre area.

Keelback in a tree, and a nice red specimen :)

I agree. They are awesome snakes.
Some people just don't have a clue.
 
I really do love these snakes. I keep two and most of the time they are well hidden which makes it all the more interesting when they are out.
I would be interested to hear from other keepers on how long they have had them live in captivity and the size at year two and three.
Mine are 2 years old and currently around 40cm long.
 
The colour variations in Townsville are MIND BLOWING
with greys, pinks, orange, yellow, gold, reds and blues
Nice red one chanzy;)
