Can you try Firefox but before you do, update Java on your computer? Fire me a PM if you need a hand.

Yeah I have firefox My dad makes sure my my computer has everything! (he's a tech freak) Java was last updated about 1-2 weeks ago...I'll try opening it in firefox tomorrow.
