Today, i went to go feed my dogs in my backyard only to stumble across a water dragon laying on the path. it seemed quite tame considering i step over it and it didnt move, but im conserned that my dogs might harm it or something and i would like to relocate it to the reserve across the road but i cant think of a way to catch it except with a net but i dont want to harm it. any ideas?

the problem is i dont know where it would be now

try and look in the gardens or on the road because it could be heating up there

If you cant see it, it has probably left the way it came in.

Did your dogs take notice of it when you went to feed them?

i dont think it would have left because we have two pond areas and my brother said he seen a massive one a few months back so i think there might be a whole family and they've called it home.

And my little jack russell was growling at it and he has a habbit for killing mice rats and the occasional skink but my kelpie doesnt seem to mind much shes to old to care
