when people buy breeding pairs how do they know they're not getting some old duds on their way out of their breeding years? and how long do most pythons even breed for?
Proof is always in the pudding.......History, husbandry records, proof of hatch dates, how many clutches.......Dated and Time stamped photos, clearly showing the male and female copulating, female ovulating and laying eggs......to show timeline that they are actually the pair that were bred......eggs going into and throughout incubation........offspring pictures to prove what that combinational pairing produce...........you can also ask the seller to supply references of previous customer(s) who have purchased proven breeders and check that those buyers have bred from them
Pythons can breed for many years and personally know of specimens over 20yrs of age that still have produced healthy offspring.
