SAVAGED by sandflies and mosquitoes, four Irishmen were winched to safety after spending a night up a mangrove tree in Darwin Harbour to evade crocodiles.

Ha ha. Poor dears, they sank in a few feet of water, spent the night in the trees then in the morning walked over to the boat and fired up the epirb to be rescued by choppers. One saw a giant crocodile watching them but the others didnt notice.

If you dont know what you're doing please go with someone who does. Our rescue boys and girls have better things to do. (they were Dutch by the way)
 
The Irish in Darwin are too pissed to launch a boat.

One got done late last year for staggering over and kicking a pollie (doing a TV interview) in the bum. The pollie (delivering a speech on reducing violence) caught and flogged him. The pollie is now the Attorney General and our Irish mate is in trouble. :)
