UltraViolet CFL Party Light - Yay or Nay???

I went to Bunnings yesterday to get myself a few globes and I'd notice this on the shelf.

Has anyone in here tried out this globe in their enclosure? Its only rated at 20w so probably more for lighting then heating.

Don't think these put out the right types of UV for reptiles. I remember reading about problems in the early days of reptile keeping when black lights were all that was available for a uv source.

Certainly no good for heating.
