Fencing for an outdoor turtle enclosure?

Can someone please help me, I want to build an enclosure for my turtle to enjoy outside.

I really like the thought of using Reed Screen (or Bamboo Screen) as a fence for my turtle.

Can someone tell me if this is a safe fence material for my turtle?

Turtles can climb quite well so keep that in mind but the reed screen is safe for your turtle.

The bamboo screen will work however it won't keep cats & dogs from getting in & would restrict a lot of viewing....although the turtle would feel safer with the privacy.
