after a long 5 month wait for this little one to start feeding i finally have it home, a massive thanks goes out to craig scott for his time and effort he has put into this beauty to make sure it was feeding properly before letting it go.

It is a red sand type gravel, I dug it out of the ground near glen innes, nsw. All my snakes are on gravel or sand substrates, I know people say what about ingestion but if you are careful and dry your food really well then it minimises the risk to nearly 0, I'd much rather them ingest the odd grain of sand compared to compacted paper.
