The only problem with waterfalls is that if the critters place themselves right under the flow you'll wind up with water everywhere but where it should be and a pump that's pumping fresh air - and burning out as a result.
Although its a nice thought and pretty to watch its not needed for Darwin's - just give them a big ol' bowl to soak in and they'll be happy.
Raise the humidity too high and RI could become a problem!
I guess with a waterfall you could make a sloped waterproof floor so that spilt water ends up back where it should be. Just a couple of issues with this , you wouldn't be able to use substrate and some of the snakes waste may end up in the water. The only problem with waterfalls is that if the critters place themselves right under the flow you'll wind up with water everywhere but where it should be and a pump that's pumping fresh air - and burning out as a result.
