Found this guy selling a adult blue tongue lizard with its enclosure that was tiny. Opinions?

The skink looks longer than the enclosure is, I'm amazed the poor skink lived long enough to grow to that length. Just another example of how hardy they are, though all the wrong situations. Is it so difficult to research the housing requirements of an animal you are going to purchase? Surely common sense is more common than it appears to be? :|

I'm appalled at this situation, and at the many others you find just browsing sites that don't charge to list ads.
 
I don't understand why people buy animals without knowing how to correctly look after them.
 
Bet it was wild caught too, hope someone who lives close takes pity on it and gives it better home and nicer life.
 
At least it won't be in his hands for long(hopefully)
Doesn't appear to be too underweight either thankfully. Other health issues - who knows...
 
Just to add the bedding looks like leafs from the back yard.
