Herping Trip?

Hey guys, me and a mate are planing on going on a Herp trip this year and was wondering what time of the year is the best time to go and where are some good spots on the Mid-North-Coast area preferably around Coffs Harbour and around that sorta area.

Hey Caleb

Just go to any area that has little human influence. National Parks are a good start.
Best time of the year is when it's warmer (Dec-March) when looking for active animals. This time of the year you can still find plenty when you know the right techniques.
Just go out and get amongst it. You'll learn plenty more that way.
