there is going to be a huge reptile stand at the royal Adelaide show it will have snake pits, goanna pits, merten water monitor, Kimberly rock monitor, brown snake, it will have venomous snakes getting their venom taken out and a whole bunch. I heard it today from Michal and Jason at reptile city and they are bringing the merten water monitor and the kimerly rock monitors and even 2 or 3 crocs as well.:p

I'm hoping to go again this year! LOVE the show :D

Are you even allowed to take the venom out of a snake... Pretty cruell...

the OP said "venomous snakes with their venom taken out".

Bad choice of words is my guess. My understanding of the OP is that they would have a ven milking display, amongst other things.

SA has always had excellent herps. In the field.

No offence but seeing them in their true environment is unsurpassale. imo

I understand that you cant collect from the wild so the Expo is a fine opportunity to make purchases but you can never have as many reptiles as the bush has or anything like the numbers and the variety,

I hope it's a great Expo but, if you can, get into the field. :)

Should be awsome looking forward to maybe getting a photo with a bigblackheaded or a scub would be nice can't wait for it
